MBRP Installer Series 5 Inch Diesel Exhaust Systems
The MBRPinc 5" system starts off with a high flow 4" turbo down pipe leading directly into the largest possible mid pipe that can fit onto the truck without major surgery. For some truck models, 4" mid pipes are the max size that can be fitted in, but rest assured we increase the tubing size as quickly as we can to get the system up to the huge 5" tubing leading into the muffler for max flow.
Speaking of the muffler, our MBRPinc muffler uses only a full 5" core design, not the 4" or a 4 1/2" core found in 5" exhaust systems being sold by the other guys. Each muffler is fully "packed" with MBRP's long lasting, road-proven internal muffler wrap to give that deep low exhaust note that they have become famous for.
These systems are manufactured using heavy gauge aluminized tubing. All bends are full mandrel bent for the very highest exhaust flow available. Each system comes complete and ready to install, including all tubes, clamps and hangers. Easy to read instructions will help walk you through the complete exhaust install.
